Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

As a subscriber to Curie, our Substack and blog post curation service, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your Curie account
  • Navigate to the Account Settings page
  • Click on the "Manage" button
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made to your account after this period.

2. Refunds

At Curie, we strive to provide a high-quality content curation service. However, we understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 15 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund
  • After the 15-day period, refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  • Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
